The goal of
BTG is to provide your Senior
Management Team with a full and
complete understanding of each
Business Process Management
application.

The BTG
Tutorial/Consultation is an on
site service available anywhere
in the US or Canada. It is an
interactive process with your
Senior Management Team provided
by the BTG President/CEO, Bob
Ferguson in the role of
presenter, facilitator,
moderator and consultant.

The program
would benefit a wide range of
organizations in a broad
cross-section of industries. The
discipline that lies within the
processes of Strategic Planning,
Business Case Methodology,
Product Development, Product
Management and Project
Management is not industry
specific.

The Goal of
your Company at the conclusion
of the BTG Consulting Process
would be either a successful
‘gap filling’ or ‘refresher’
re-engineering exercise for your
present process management
system(s) that may have become
too linear, outdated or
internalized or provide your
Company with an increased
comfort level and ability to
successfully implement the new
Business Process Management
template(s) and culture.
Interactive Tutorial/Consulting
Format
-
The Tutorial/Consulting Services
would be an interactive
participative process at your
Company or offsite location.
Typically, a Board Room seating
arrangement or any other set up
that would allow for comfortable
interaction of participants
would be ideal. Classroom style
or stadium style would not be
recommended.

The Format would include
standard CD/screen projection
equipment provided by your
Company and/or projection
process validated prior to the
actual engagement date.

The process would typically
follow an Executive MBA tutorial
lecture/interactive discussion
format on a step by step basis.

A
follow up session or sessions
would be recommended and
included in the service. Take
what’s working to a new level
and give focused attention to
the ‘red flag’ business
applications that have not met
Plan.
Steps
-
Identify the Management Process
or Processes under
consideration.

Prior to a discussion on the
engagement it would serve well
to provide a brief confidential
Company profile that would
include Industry, number of
employees, functional areas
and/or divisions,
products/services and
expectations. Based on number of
employees the processes would
best suite companies in the 300
to 5000 range with a well
defined corporate structure and
Senior Management Team. The
program would not fit an
owner-operator small business
structure.

Lecture/Discussion Feasibility
‘Fit’ Analysis for your company
via conference call and/or on
site meeting prior to the actual
engagement.

Both the suitability of the
engagement and attendees could
be determined at that time.

Your Company would provide BTG
additional summary background
information determined on your
Company’s processes, products
and services as well as summary
competitive information prior to
the date of the engagement.

Consideration could be given to
including a summary of the
challenges facing your Company.
-
Identify Timelines – single or
two day process for Tutorial
Consulting and agree on pricing.
Minimum per diem rate would be
$1900 plus template cost, travel
and expenses.
